The socially responsible company Hexim, which is included in the Ekopak Green Dot System and which regularly meets its legal obligations for packaging waste, has acquired the right to use the internationally protected Green Dot symbol on the packaging of products it places on the BiH market. 

As of today, all of this company’s delivery vehicles are branded with the Green Dot, which is another indicator of social responsibility.

Ekopak invites all consumers to purchase products with the Green Dot and contribute to the recycling of packaging waste in our country, because these are products of companies that are included in the Ekopak system. We also invite economic entities to regulate their legal obligations for packaging waste through the first authorized operator of the Ekopak system, which operates in accordance with the highest PRO EUROPE standards, and acquire the right to use the internationally protected Green Dot symbol on packaging.

Since 2014, packaging from companies that fulfill their legal obligations regarding the recovery and recycling of packaging waste through Ekopak is part of this statistic:

– The Green Dot sign is today the most widespread and most used trademark in the world, protected in more than 170 countries,

– More than 170,000 companies use the Green Dot symbol, 

– More than 460 billion packaging units are marked with this symbol annually,

– Around 300 million citizens have access to separate disposal of packaging waste, which is financed by PRO EUROPE members, i.e. system operators such as Ekopak.
