It is with particular pleasure that we awarded the Kakanj Cement Factory the Green Dot certificate for 2020. 

The certificate was received by Almir Bajtarević, manager for quality control and environmental protection, who stated that this is a very significant recognition of the Kakanj Cement Factory for its social responsibility, and especially the fight for environmental protection.
The Kakanj cement factory is very dedicated to recycling in its work, starting with the reuse of waste water and particles of sand and gravel, all the way to the recycling of packaging.
An increasing number of companies recognize the importance of marking the packaging of their products with the internationally protected symbol Green Dot.

Ekopak, as the exclusive provider of the right to use the internationally protected sign Green Dot in Bosnia and Herzegovina, awarded Green Dot certificates for 2020 to companies that confirmed their commitment to the development of the recycling system and environmental protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina in general.
