On December 30, 2014, a contract was signed to establish the system in the Municipality of Posušje. The contract was signed by the director of the company Ladanušić čistoća Ivan Šarić and the director of Ekopak Amela Hrbat, in addition to the previously signed contract between the Municipality of Posušje and the company Ladanušić čistoća on granting urban planning permits for the establishment of eco-islands.
With this contract, Ekopak undertakes to finance the establishment of six eco-islands for the separate disposal of packaging waste and to procure sets of bins that will be placed in front of schools and kindergartens.
